I'm Kristen Birt - a Coach & Mentor supporting people who feel something isn't quite working, but can't yet explain why.
Many people I work with are functioning on the outside, but feel internally strained, misaligned, or quietly exhausted from trying to adapt to environments that don’t quite fit.
My work is grounded in ADHD-informed, neuro-affirming, and trauma-aware practice.
I create structured, psychologically safe space for you to understand yourself more clearly, make sense of your patterns, and rebuild self-trust - without pressure to perform or fix yourself.
